Hello boys and girls!
If you’re seeing this, it means you read my last rant blog and stayed interested. You’re the STAR! Fr. I’m going to keep this as short and cute as possible, below is a list of my favourite experiences in 2023. I must warn you that I’ve seen better years than this one, but I’m grateful anyway.
We’ll go through this with the 5 senses; Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste, and Touch but the experience might be described figuratively. Stick with me sha:

Reggaeton in Berlin (Played by DJ Calama no, it’s not a song haha! We had a dinner party cruise and the DJ took recommendations from the diverse audience to give us a good time)

J’Dess’s Voice at Cavemen Live in Lagos December 2023. enchanting!
I don’t remember their name but a band came to an Art Festival (World Music Day I think?) hosted at Bature Brewery from Benue and they had the most amazing melodies. Funny story, I was on a 2/10 date but the music made up for everything my date wasn’t giving.
Benjamin and Kingsley performing “Stranger” Last night… I want to feel as strongly for someone as I felt when Benjamin sang Nwanyi oma. I guess this reminds me of what needs to be done in a situationship (no context)

Touch
I had a whirlwind romance at the beginning of the year and I still remember how it felt the first time we kissed. The shockwaves! it ended in Cathexis but that first month was probably cocaine. Big big feelings that burnt out fast. Do not recommend
I wrote emails that felt like cold water dunks and face punches this year, for the most part, it felt like nails on a chalkboard when I wrote them but the relief afterwards made up for the agony
I yearned for touch this year. A yearning that consistently broke my heart (but we stand on business over here so…)

In 2024, I want to feel more like myself. I didn’t feel like that this year for a myriad of reasons but we’ll fix it next year. Thank you for rocking with me this time🎉🎉.
